Ippen Shawl Yarn Set

This is a yarn set to knit the Ippen Shawl designed by Claudia Eisenkolb. The pattern is sold separately and can be found here.

Ippen has an unusual shape like a U-turn on a street, hence the name. It is fully reversible because the squares are knit in stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch. This shawl stays put on your shoulders when worn, a modern and stylish accessory that will complete any outfit. A stripe along the whole length in a contrasting color adds interest to this basic patterned wrap.

The pattern is suitable for beginners and also for advanced knitters that enjoy a relaxed knit.
