Returns & Exchanges

Returns for store credit and exchanges for like products are happily accepted. Please let us know about any return or exchange requests within 7 to 10 business days to begin the transaction. The purchaser is responsible for all extra shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging and condition. Labels and tags must be intact, yarn must be in its original form, and it cannot be exposed to the elements, pets, odors, etc. Notions, sashiko, sewing, and craft products must be in their original, unopened containers or packaging.

Items sent back without prior notification are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Clearance, sale, and digital products are final sale.

We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item. However, colors may vary depending on the device or settings used. If you have any questions about colors or sizes, please reach out, and we can supply additional photographs upon request.
