Shipping policy
Orders generally ship within three business days of being placed from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been printed. Packages are shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable, and/or biodegradable materials when possible.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Note: Preorders of amirisu books and publications will ship before the official launch date. Orders that contain a preorder plus other items will ship as one package when everything is available.

Domestic orders over $100 ship free of charge! For all other orders, flat-rate pricing is available: USPS Economy, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground. If you would like your order to be expedited, please email us with a request.
International
Rates will vary depending on location. USPS and DHL Worldwide are available for all international packages. We are required by law to state the actual contents and costs on all customs forms. Any additional customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you think your package may be lost or misdelivered, please notify your local USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. If assistance is required to file a claim, we are more than happy to help as the shipper.
