Shipping policy
All orders generally ship within three business days of being placed from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been printed and your package is awaiting the courier. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you prefer to have your order sent to a different location, please let us know at the time of purchase or as soon as possible. Orders are packaged with eco-friendly, recyclable, and/or biodegradable materials when possible.
Preorders of amirisu publications will ship just before their official launch date. Please note: Orders that contain a preorder plus other items will ship as one package when everything is available.

All domestic orders over $150 ship free. For all other orders, choose which flat rate service you would prefer between USPS Economy, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground. If you would like your order to be expedited, please email us with a request.
International
Rates will vary depending on location. Free shipping is offered for orders over $350 to Canada & Mexico. UPS, USPS, and DHL Worldwide are available for all international packages. We are required by law to state the actual contents and costs on all customs forms. Any additional customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you think your package may be lost or misdelivered, please notify your local USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. If assistance is required to file a claim, we are more than happy to help as the shipper.
