Payments Accepted
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Sales Tax
Our warehouse is located in the state of Oregon which has no sales tax.

North America Shipping
All orders generally ship within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of being placed from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been printed and is awaiting the courier. Orders are shipped to the address that is provided at checkout - if you prefer to have your order sent to a different location, please let us know at the time of purchase or as soon as possible.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Preorders and subscriptions of 
amirisu magazine and books will ship prior to their official launch dates. Please note: Orders containing both a preordered magazine/book and/or a subscription plus other items will ship as one package when everything is in stock.

Orders are packaged with eco-friendly, recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Within the United States
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and UPS using the actual weight of the products to determine costs. Choose between USPS First Class Mail (limited to weights under 16 oz), Priority Mail (any weight), Media Mail (for print books only), or UPS Ground (any weight).

Canada & Mexico
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and UPS using the actual weight of the products to determine costs. Choose between First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or UPS Standard/Ground. We are required by law to state the actual contents and costs on all customs forms with any additional customs fees that may accrue being the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you think your package may be lost or missing, please notify your USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. If assistance is required to file a claim, we are more than happy to help as the shipper.

amirisu Kurumi is not responsible for any packages that are lost, misplaced, incorrectly delivered by the courier, or damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that items cannot be returned unless there is damage and/or defects to the actual products. In this case, please let us know within 5 business days of arrival and before sending your order back. Exchanges for like products are accepted, please let us know as soon as possible and we will accommodate accordingly. Digital items cannot be returned.
