Payments Accepted
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Sales Tax
Our U.S. warehouse is located in the state of Oregon which has no sales tax.

North America Shipping
All orders generally ship within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of being placed from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been printed and is awaiting the courier. Orders are shipped to the address that is provided at checkout — if you prefer to have your order sent to a different location, please let us know at the time of purchase or as soon as possible.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Preorders of amirisu magazines and books will ship just before their official launch date. Please note: Orders that contain a preordered magazine, book, and/or subscription plus other items will ship as one package when everything is available.

Orders are packaged with eco-friendly, recyclable, and/or biodegradable materials.

Within the United States
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and UPS using the actual weight of the products to determine costs. Choose between USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground. If you would like your order to be expedited, please email us with a request.

Choose between First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or UPS Standard. We are required by law to state the actual contents and costs on all customs forms. Any additional customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you think your package may be lost or missing, please notify your USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. If assistance is required to file a claim, we are more than happy to help as the shipper.

amirisu Kurumi is not responsible for any packages that are lost, misplaced, incorrectly delivered by the courier, or damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted in the case of defects to the actual products. If an item is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item and before sending it back. We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item, however colors may vary depending on the device or settings used.

Exchanges for like products are accepted, please let us know as soon as possible to begin the transaction. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. We cannot accept exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging and condition. This applies to any labels/tags on the items as well as not being exposed to odors, the elements, or being soiled in any way.

Returns are not accepted for digital content or sale items.
