Winding Yarn
We are happy to wind your purchased yarn so that it is ready to go! Please note that wound yarn is final-sale. Let us know which skeins you would like to be wound in the note section at checkout.
Shipping
All orders generally ship within two business days of being placed from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once the shipping label has been printed and is awaiting the courier. Orders are shipped to the address that is provided at checkout — if you prefer to have your order sent to a different location, please let us know at the time of purchase or as soon as possible. Orders are packaged with eco-friendly, recyclable, and/or biodegradable materials.
Preorders of amirisu publications will ship just before their official launch date. Please note: Orders that contain a preorder plus other items will ship as one package when everything is available.

Within the United States
All domestic orders over $150 USD ship free. New in 2024 we are introducing flat shipping rates! Choose which service you would prefer between USPS Economy, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground. If you would like your order to be expedited, please email us with a request.
International
Free shipping is offered for orders over $300 USD to Canada & Mexico, and over $350 USD to all other countries. Flat shipping rates are available worldwide - choose between USPS International and UPS Standard. Rates will vary depending on location. DHL Worldwide is available for all international packages. We are required by law to state the actual contents and costs on all customs forms. Any additional customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you think your package may be lost or misdelivered, please notify your local USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. If assistance is required to file a claim, we are more than happy to help as the shipper.
amirisu Kurumi is not responsible for any packages that are lost, misplaced, incorrectly delivered by the courier, or damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted in the case of defects to the actual products. If an item is defective, please contact us within five business days of receiving the item and before sending it back. We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item, however colors may vary depending on the device or settings used.
Exchanges for like products are accepted, please let us know as soon as possible to begin the transaction. Only products within 30 days of the order's shipping date will be considered. The purchaser is responsible for all extra shipping costs. We cannot accept exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging and condition. This applies to any labels/tags as well as not being exposed to odors, the elements, pets, or being soiled in any way.
Items sent back without prior notification are not eligible for exchange or return and will be refused. Returns are not accepted for digital content or sale items.
